Review our membership options and decide which training plan best suits your goals.
Complete the Form
Fill out the required online registration form with your details.
Check Your Email
You will receive an email shortly with detailed bank transfer instructions for your chosen plan.
Finalize Payment
Make the necessary transfer using the instructions provided in the email.
Start Training & Get Your T-Shirt
Once payment is confirmed, you can start attending group lessons on any day! Please remember to purchase a white beginner's T-shirt at the gym on your first visit.
⭐ Your First Day at the Gym
We want your start to be smooth and effective. You won't be left alone to figure things out!
Dedicated Supervision
You will be partnered with or under the direct supervision of an experienced student or instructor.
Learning the Basics
They will patiently teach you the first basic techniques, ensure you learn proper form, and be there to answer all your initial questions.

Comfortable Sports Wear
Clothing that allows a full range of motion (shorts, leggings, t-shirts, etc.).

Indoor Shoes (Preferably)
Clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes are highly recommended.

If you already own a pair, please bring them. If not, we will advise you on how to get a fitting pair during your first session.
