Contents of a Wing Chun Class at J's GYM
Free practice (free latsao, free chisao) Combining all the techniques
Contents of a trial lesson (about 1 hour):
You'll get an introduction to the first form, basic footwork, the wing chun vertical punch, chain punching, how to combine punches and footwork, techniques for safely closing the distance, self-defense techniques against being grabbed (from the first form) and we finish with a drill called Latsao, where you can experience a fun free (but limited) application of the newly learned techniques.
You'll also get a demonstration of some of wing chun's close range tactile reaction techniques (Lapsao/Chisao) that you'll learn as a wing chun student.
All training will be conducted in a relaxed, safe and fun way. The trial lesson takes place during a group lesson.
