About Wing Chun Kung Fu

Training balance on boards.

95% of the time at the gym we do partner drills

We train in a progressive way where the amount of resistance increases with time/ability. This keeps the training real, fun and challenging.

Mutual trust is important for good and safe training.

We don't use round house kicks as they are not very efficient. One good kick to the knee takes your opponent out of the fight straight away whereas a low kick has to be repeated several times to have enough damaging effect.

This techniques is from the 2. form in Wing chun called chumkiu.

Wing chun is a no rules fighting system.

Close range fighting is considered safer than the often seen kickboxing/karate kicking and punching range.
