Membership Fees and Payment System
Standard membership (tax included): 
Monthly fee: 11,000yen
※You can participate in up to 2 classes/week. Any class is fine, join whenever you have time.
Unlimited membership (tax included)
Monthly fee: 15,400yen
※Up to 5 classes/week
Payment System:
We use an automatic withdrawal system and the monthly fee will be paid in advance, withdrawn on the 27th each month.
  • We accept cash or bank transfer until the automatic system has been activated.
  • If you're employed in the army, or a student studying in Japan, etc. and don't have a Japanese bank account, we'll figure something out.
Sports insurance:
The sports insurance is just 2000yen/year. It covers from April to March no matter when you join.
  • Annual renewal in March
Private lessons for members:
1 private lesson (50 minutes)
7,700yen (including tax)
Private lesson payment system:
Bank transfer (preferable) or cash is accepted.
  • If cash, please consider that we don't have change.
  • If you are residing in Japan and not already a member of J's GYM, you'll have to become a member at the time of the first private lesson (joining fee+sports insurance+lesson fee).
  • If you're traveling as a tourist in Japan, you don't have to become a member (lesson fee only).

Fill out the required online or physical registration form with your details.

Check Your Email

You will receive an email shortly with detailed bank transfer instructions for your chosen plan.

Finalize Payment

Make the necessary transfer using the instructions provided in the email.

Start Training & Get Your T-Shirt

Once payment is confirmed, you can start attending group lessons on any day! Please remember to purchase a white beginner's T-shirt at the gym on your first visit.

⭐ Your First Day at the Gym

We want your start to be smooth and effective. You won't be left alone to figure things out!

Dedicated Supervision

You will be partnered with or under the direct supervision of an experienced student or instructor.

Learning the Basics

They will patiently teach you the first basic techniques, ensure you learn proper form, and be there to answer all your initial questions.

    Comfortable Sports Wear

    Clothing that allows a full range of motion (shorts, leggings, t-shirts, etc.).

    Indoor Shoes (Preferably)

    Clean, non-marking indoor sports shoes are highly recommended.

    Open Finger Gloves

    If you already own a pair, please bring them. If not, we will advise you on how to get a fitting pair during your first session.
