Shin-Maruko / Musashi-Kosugi Gym

The gym is approximately a four-minute walk from Shin-Maruko Station on the Tokyu Toyoko and Meguro lines.

It is also a little over ten minutes on foot from Musashi-Kosugi Station and Tamagawa Station.

Musashi-Kosugi Station is served by the Tokyu Toyoko Line, Tokyu Meguro Line, JR Yokosuka Line and JR Nambu Line.

Finding the gym entrance

  1. The gym is located on the ground floor of the building.
  2. Do not use the main residential entrance leading to the apartments on the upper floors.
  3. Enter through the passage beside the vending machines and the J’s Gym sign.
  4. When you see the stairs, turn left before going up them.
  5. Continue toward the corner. You will find the gym door there with a large J’s Gym sign on it.

Training takes place in a rental studio approximately five minutes on foot from Nakano-Sakaue Station.

Nakano-Sakaue Station is served by the Tokyo Metro Marunouchi Line and the Toei Oedo Line, with convenient access from Shinjuku and central Tokyo.

Visiting for the first time? If you are attending a trial lesson or visiting this class for the first time, an instructor will meet you at Nakano-Sakaue Station at 19:15 and show you the way to the training venue. We will send you the exact meeting point after you register.
